Use tags to organize events, reports, and shop filters
Tags help staff and shop pages group offers consistently.
Create a tag
- Open Settings > Tags.
- Select Create tag.
- Enter Name.
- Turn on public visibility only when the tag should be used in customer-facing filtering.
- Save the tag.
Apply tags to offers
Open an event, event template, admission, product, or voucher. In the details area, use Tags to add the relevant tags, then save.
Use tags in shop and reports
| Use | How tags help |
|---|---|
| Shop filters | Page builder and offer lists can group or filter matching offers. |
| Back-office lists | Staff can filter large offer lists by campaign, location, or season. |
| Reports | Tags help compare related offers without relying only on names. |
| Support | Agents can identify hidden, partner, seasonal, or member-only offers. |
Expected result
Tagged offers appear in the intended back-office filters, report filters, and customer-facing shop lists when those lists are configured to use tags.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| Tag does not appear in shop | Public visibility, page builder filter setup, offer visibility, and published state. |
| Tag is missing from an offer | The offer was not saved after selecting the tag. |
| Report includes too much | Use a more specific tag or combine with date, location, or sales channel filters. |
