Read account data with the Management API

Use Management v1 to export account records, connect a warehouse or CRM, build attendance lists, and calculate operational reports. Send GraphQL requests to /api/graphql/management/v1 using a dedicated account credential. The API provides read access to the data categories granted by that credential.
Choose your workflow
| Task | Management v1 capabilities |
|---|---|
| Export events and catalog | Events, templates, admissions, products and configured prices, vouchers, price categories and rules, locations, tags, and sales/order channels. |
| Export sales and customers | Orders, order items, pricings, contacts, customer organizations, and addresses. |
| Build attendance lists | Attendances, check-in information, tickets, and their order/pricing relationships. |
| Analyze finances | Invoices and invoice items, payments, receipts and receipt items, resource fees, and grouped revenue reports. |
| Read resource assignments | Resources, configurations, requirements, slots, and confirmed resource IDs. |
| Export custom answers | Field sets, inputs, responses, and values with related record IDs. |
| Calculate reports | Order, invoice, customer, contact, address, attendance, custom-answer, event, resource, resource-fee, and invoice/receipt-line revenue reports. |
Every collection supports pagination, ID lookup, modification timestamps, and filters. Detailed records and reports use the same endpoint and credential. Existing credentials keep their original scopes; request additional scopes when adding data categories.
Management v1 has no write operations. Use Booking v1 for customer booking and checkout workflows. Existing legacy /graphql integrations use separate authentication and a different schema; their operations cannot be copied unchanged into Management v1.
Start with your task
- Get API access for your API host and account credential.
- Make your first query.
- Choose data and scopes in the Management reference.
- Export linked records and run reports.
- Synchronize every page and later changes.
The generated reference, GraphQL schema, and manifest describe the executable contract for client generation.
Define export completeness
Select the collections and fields needed for your integration and page through each one. The API exposes current business records, not a database backup or every historical version. Uploaded files, private download links, payment-provider secrets, and customer authentication tokens are not exported. Discarded records are included where the source supports discarding; permanently deleted records require periodic reconciliation. See the synchronization guide before treating a local copy as complete.
