Remove a voucher from your cart

Use this when you want to continue shopping without an applied voucher.

Review the voucher

Open your cart and find Applied vouchers. For a voucher with a selected product, Selected product names that product. The amount beside the voucher shows its deduction from the cart; selecting a product does not confirm a completed payment.

Remove an unused voucher

1. Find the voucher code under Applied vouchers.
2. Select the × button beside that code. Its accessible label is Remove voucher, followed by the code.
3. Wait for Voucher removed. and the refreshed cart.
4. Review the remaining items and updated total before continuing to checkout.

Removing a voucher is not a refund of an earlier redemption. For vouchers that added a product to the cart, removing the voucher can also remove that product. If the voucher changed an existing item's price, removal restores its ordinary configured price.

When removal is unavailable

A disabled removal button has an explanation beneath the voucher. A voucher linked to a pending or completed redemption cannot be removed here. This message does not tell you whether a pending payment succeeded or failed.

Contact the organizer if you need help with that booking or an earlier redemption. Do not start another payment solely because removal is unavailable.

If a removal attempt shows an error, reopen the cart to see its current contents before deciding what to do next. Contact the organizer if you still cannot remove the voucher.
