Restore an archived event, product, voucher, or resource
Use this when a record was archived by mistake or must be reused.
Before you start
Confirm the item should be visible or usable again. Restoring can make it available to staff and, depending on setup, customers.
Steps
- Open the list where the item normally lives, such as Events, Products, Vouchers, Inventory, or Tags.
- Open the Archived view.
- Search for the item by name or number.
- Open the item.
- Select Restore.
- Return to the active list and confirm the item appears.
- Review visibility, prices, capacity, sales channels, and dates before using it.
Check after restore
| Area | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Sales channels | Restored offers may sell again if online or POS channels are active. |
| Dates | Old events or slots may still be in the past. |
| Prices | Old prices may not match current sales policy. |
| Resources | Requirements may block availability or reserve outdated resources. |
| Shop filters | Tags or page lists may show the item again. |
Expected result
The item moves from the archived list to the active list and can be edited or used according to its current setup.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|

| Restored offer is not sellable | Date, published state, prices, sales channels, capacity, and shop visibility. |
| Item appears online unexpectedly | Hide from shop, page builder filters, and active online sales channels. |
