Use the help panel when you need instructions for the page you are viewing or want to search the KORONA Event documentation without losing your place in the back office.
Explain a term or status where you are working
Some back-office labels and status badges have a small open-book button beside them. Select it to open a short explanation without leaving the page.
Reference hints are initially enabled for newly created user accounts. If your account already existed when this option was introduced, the hints remain hidden until you enable them. Open Help and documentation, then use Show reference hints at the bottom of the panel to show or hide the buttons. The choice is saved to your user account and applies on your other devices.
Turning off reference hints only hides the inline open-book buttons. You can still open the help panel, review page-specific references, search, browse articles, and use the product glossary.
On an order, the buttons beside the order status and payment status explain the currently displayed value. For example, the order-state reference explains why Booked confirms the booking but does not by itself confirm payment or ticket generation.
Select Read full reference when it is available to open the related article in Help and documentation. Close the popover or press Escape to continue working on the page.
Open guidance for the current page
- Select the open-book button at the bottom of the back-office navigation.
- Review For this page. This section contains articles, reference information, and product terms selected for the page you are viewing.
- Select an article to read it in the panel. Reference information and term definitions are shown directly in the list.
If For this page has no references yet, use the documentation search in the same panel.
Search all documentation
- Open Help and documentation.
- Enter at least two characters in Search documentation.
- Select an article result to read it in the panel. Term and reference results show their explanation directly in the search results.
Search results use the language selected in the back office.
Browse documentation
- Select Browse all documentation at the bottom of the panel.
- Choose an article from the documentation list.
- Use the back button to return to the documentation list or page-specific help.
Articles and their available screenshots stay inside the back office, so you do not need to visit a separate documentation website. Open Product glossary from the list to browse all maintained product terms and definitions.
Close the panel
Select the close button, select outside the panel, or press Escape. Keyboard focus returns to the open-book button so you can continue from the same place.
