Choose the back-office color mode

Choose the color mode that is most comfortable for your KORONA Event back-office work. The setting changes back-office surfaces, text, borders, forms, editors, and status controls without changing customer-facing online shop colors.
Choose Light, System, or Dark
- Open the user menu from the account icon in the back-office navigation.
- Find Theme.
- Select one of the three choices:
- Light uses the light appearance at all times.
- System follows the light or dark color scheme of your operating system or browser.
- Dark uses the dark appearance at all times.
The new mode applies immediately. KORONA Event saves the selection in the current browser, so the same mode is used when you return to the back office.
Follow the device color scheme
Select System when you want the back office to follow the light or dark color scheme set by your operating system or browser. The appearance updates immediately and also responds when that system setting changes later.
If no color-mode preference has been saved in the current browser, the back office uses System.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| The back office uses an unexpected mode | Check whether Light, System, or Dark is selected. If System is selected, check the device or browser color scheme. |
| System does not follow the device | The back office updates automatically when the device or browser color scheme changes. If the live update does not occur, reload the page. |
| The preference disappeared | Browser data may have been cleared, or you may be using a different browser profile, device, or domain. Select the mode again. |
| One control is difficult to read | Refresh the page. If the problem remains, contact KORONA Event support. |
