Explain minimum group pricing in the shop
Use this when customers ask why they cannot select one ticket from a group price.
What minimum quantity means
The Min quantity on a price row is the smallest quantity that can be selected for that price in one cart line. For example, a Group price with Min quantity 10 means the customer must select at least 10 group tickets.
Minimum quantity does not automatically combine separate customers into one group. It applies to the current cart selection.
How to set it
- Open Services > Events or Event templates.
- Open the offer and select Prices.
- Add or edit the group price row.
- Choose Price category, Product, and gross price.
- Enter Min quantity and Max quantity.
- Confirm Visible on the following sales channels.
- Select Update prices.

| Max quantity is 20 | Customer cannot exceed 20 from that price in one order. |
