Find members and check their validity

Use Members when a visitor gives a name or email instead of a card, or when you need to see which memberships are active, about to expire or already expired. Members lists only memberships, not day tickets or event tickets.

Find a member

1. In the back office, open Memberships > Members. At the point of sale, select Members on the offers screen.
2. Search by a holder's name, the purchaser's name or email, or the membership number. You can also scan the membership card into the search field.
3. To narrow the list, choose a status: Active, Expiring soon, Upcoming or Expired. Expiring soon shows active memberships that end within 30 days and have not been renewed yet.
4. Compare the name, membership number and purchaser before you open a result. People with the same name can hold different memberships.

Read a membership

The membership shows its status and Valid until, the end of its latest validity. A renewed membership keeps its membership number and lists each validity separately, so you can see earlier and upcoming terms. Current term marks the validity that applies today.

Holders are the people named on the membership. Holder name missing means no name was recorded for that person. Don't take the name from the purchaser or from customer notes; complete it on the attendee instead.

Bought on the same order line lists other memberships bought together with this one. Buying together doesn't confirm that the holders belong to one family, so check each membership's own status.

Admit or print

Members only shows memberships; it doesn't admit anyone or change the current sale.

• At the point of sale, select Open for check-in to open the holder's attendee, where you check them in or reprint their ticket. Back to sale returns to the offers screen with your sale unchanged.
• In the back office, select Open attendee next to a holder to check in, print or correct the holder's details.

From an attendee whose ticket is a membership, Open membership leads back to the membership.
