A reseller settlement invoice summarizes sales and deductions for the settlement period. Use it to understand the amount the reseller owes you. For individual bookings and dates, open the settlement review. To open the invoice from an issued settlement, choose View invoice.

Sales rows

Sales are grouped by product and unit price. The description shows the product name, price category when applicable, and unit price. Quantity is the total sold in that group. Separate bookings and event start times do not create separate rows.

Different prices, tax treatments or discount conditions remain separate. Products with the same name are also kept separate. Sub-products retain their own presentation and pricing information.

Commission rows

Commission uses the name of the rule's commission product. Each row shows the recorded percentage and the sales amount used to calculate it. The rule's tag identifies the rule when that description was recorded with the sale.

Two rules can use the same commission product and still appear as separate rows. For example, a 25% commission on €55 of admissions gives a €13.75 deduction, while a 5% commission on €10 of merchandise gives a €0.50 deduction. Both rows can use a product named Commission, with different percentages and sales amounts beneath it.

The displayed deduction sums the amounts recorded for the bookings. Rounding each booking can give a different result from calculating the percentage again on the combined sales amount.

For a reseller-discount agreement, the deduction appears as a discount on the sales row instead of a separate commission line.

Totals and corrections

The invoice separates sales, ordinary discounts, volume adjustments, commission or reseller discount, taxes, collections (vouchers redeemed on the orders) and the balance due. The order count tells you how many orders the settlement covers.

Corrections retain their original invoice number and qualifying date. Sales and credit movements remain separate so a correction does not disappear into a combined quantity.

Changing an agreement does not recalculate an issued invoice. Downloaded PDFs that have already been generated retain their original document layout.
